Refined or Processed Sugar-this is straight from Satan himself, and the NEW sugars that are being released into the food industry are 100 to 400 times sweeter than table sugar! This is where the addiction begins to take root, and cause many to develop Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity, Fibroid Tumors, High Blood Pressure, Dementia, and various other debilitating illnesses in the body as well as the mind.

Soy Products (GMOs)-this modified bean product causes more disease than people know. When I became a Vegetarian a few years ago, I ate Tofu and wasn’t aware that it’s soy content caused me to produce more Estrogen. This in turn made my Breast tissue grow abnormally, resulting in Gynecomastia.

If we are to continually progress and advance as a healthy, vibrant civilization, we must re-evaluate our attitude and relationship with food and what we deem as nourishment. The prolific Bible Scholar, Dr. Myles Munroe, always reiterated, “When you don’t understand the purpose of a thing, its abuse is inevitable.” Understanding the purpose of food will stop us from ‘abusing’ and ‘misusing’ it. We are a creation that literally abuses food, because we have found ways to have it whenever we want it, 365 days a year. It wasn’t always this way, because for thousands of years we had to gather meals daily, and hunt animals if meat was wanted.
Salt was the best preservative along with smoking of the meat. This gave it longevity for harsh times and the seasonal changes.
Of course in colder climates, the food kept longer since the bacteria wasn’t able to break down the cells as quickly. Now, preservatives, and refrigeration has initiated an epidemic by allowing food to remain in our possession much longer than it was originally designed to be kept. This has spawned an epidemic of obesity and gluttony on a global level, with 85% of America’s population being overweight. With the addition of synthetic dyes, processed ‘food like’ substances, and sugar hybrids, a slew of diseases, habits, and behaviors have become commonplace, leaving the door open for Big Pharma to cash in on ‘temporary relief.’ it seems a New Pill is introduced weekly, with deadly ‘side- effects’ as a result of toxicity.
